    By accessing the Services from outside Arizona or Canada, you acknowledge that applicable laws may vary and agree to comply with those governing online gaming activities within your jurisdiction.

22. TERMINATION

a. Gila River Resorts & Casinos reserves its right to terminate or suspend your Account for any reason in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.b. Upon termination, you shall cease using Gila River Resorts & Casinos's Services and delete all copies of our IPR from your device.

23. GOVERNING LANGUAGE
    English is the sole language governing these Terms and Conditions.
